1. Wake up at least an hour earlier
Why? Because you’ll have an extra hour to get stuff done – whether it’s getting a jump on emails, or having an uninterrupted hour of concentration to fine tune that contract.
2. Never hit the snooze button
The first few mornings might be a little tough, but if you can resist that extra 8 or 9 minutes, you are sending yourself a subconscious message and setting the tone for the day. When you leap out of bed, you’re telling yourself that you will succeed in your goals, because they are important. 7. Start your day the night before
