Combine eggs yolks, Cremora, milk and sugar, in a bowl. Whisk until light yellow colour. Then stir in butter slowly until combined

In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder together. Add the batter to the flower bowl until full incorporated

In a different bowl, whisk egg whites until they are at a stiff peak.

Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter using a spatula.

Grease your waffle maker with some butter, when the waffle maker is hot, pour in 1/3 cup of the mixture into the waffle maker. Cook until golden.
