CREMORA YOUTH DAY TIKTOK COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
This competition is promoted by Lactalis South Africa, herein referred to as "the Promoter".
The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.
The competition runs from 5 June 2026 at 00:01 and closes at 23:59 on 15 June 2026 (SAST).
Winners will be announced on 16 June 2026 via CremoraSA's official TikTok platform.
To enter, participants must:
Create and upload a TikTok video showing how they get "That Cremora Feeling"
Tag @CremoraSA in the video with the Hashtag #GetThatCreMOraFeeling
Ensure the TikTok video is public and downloadable for the duration of the campaign period
Participants may enter multiple times; however, each entry must be unique and original.
10 winners will each receive R5 000 in cash.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any other item.
Winners may be required to provide a valid South African ID document and banking details for prize fulfilment. Prize payments will be processed within 24 hours of verification.
Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, relevance to the campaign theme and adherence to the competition requirements. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be contacted via TikTok direct message. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By entering the competition, participants agree that:
Their submitted video content may be reposted, shared, edited and used by Cremora South Africa across TikTok, META and other digital marketing platforms
Submitted videos must remain live and publicly accessible on TikTok for a minimum period of 90 days (3 months) from the date of winner announcement
No additional compensation, royalties or usage rights payments will be payable for the use of submitted content related to this campaign
Participants are responsible for ensuring that any music, audio, or third-party material used in their content is licensed for use on TikTok and does not infringe any copyright laws.
Participants warrant that:
They are the original creator and owner of the submitted content
Their entry does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party
Any individuals featured in the video have consented to appear in the content
Entries containing offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, unlawful or inappropriate content will be disqualified at the promoter's sole discretion.
Employees, agencies, directors, contractors and immediate family members associated with Cremora South Africa, the promoter or the campaign are not eligible to enter.
The promoter reserves the right to verify participant information and disqualify fraudulent, misleading or invalid entries.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The promoter shall not be held liable for:
Any technical failures, network issues or entry disruptions
Lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries
Any injury, loss or damages arising from participation in the competition or acceptance/use of the prize
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
TikTok or Meta is not a sponsor, endorser or administrator of this competition and is released from all liability related to the promotion.
